- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once request is received and contact has been made. Details of the project will be discussed via email or phone. An appointment will be scheduled. On the day of the project, we will reach out to customer giving ETA information. Once onsite, all the details will be discussed again. After completion, customer education about the project and installation will be performed. In the days following the project, a post call or email will be sent thanking the customer for their business. If they have any questions, they know we're here to help.
