Ducts and Such LLC is, by far, the BEST company I have hired for dryer vent cleaning services. Milton and his colleague truly saved me from so much headache! I had previously hired another company to clean my dryer vent and they managed to leave the vent in worse condition. I was not confident in the other company’s ability to resolve the issue so I moved on. Im so glad I did because I found Ducts and Such. They were able to schedule me within the same day and their price was beyond reasonable! They did a thorough inspection of the previous company’s work to ensure no additional damage was caused and provided me with pictures and videos of the vent condition before, during, and after. Milton is very knowledgable and he took the time to explain the methods used at the time of scheduling and throughout the cleaning process. Roberto and Eric showed up on time and did a nice job. They were curtious with us and effective with their work. Unfortunately, one of the vents was not replaced properly after the duct cleaning. We contacted Roberto about this and he offered to come back on another day to look at it. As of one week later, he has not come back. The air quality in our home has improved remarkably, however, and for that we are grateful.

We had a wonderful experience with Val and our technician, Zach. Even though it was the holidays, Val replied very promptly and helped me set up an appointment the very next day. Zach came at the beginning of our allotted time window and called me half an hour beforehand. He was extremely friendly, very professional, and worked very hard and went out of his way to make sure our duct cleaning was perfect. Even though it was late evening, he did not rush and was extremely thorough. He continually gave us updates, and my family and I were very impressed with the quality of his work and expertise! There was no disruption for us (we all work from home), which was a huge plus. Due to this being our first duct cleaning, he suggested some more services (but was not pushy at all), which we agreed should be done and the additional price was absolutely justified. We are extremely pleased with Zach’s work and look forward to hiring them again next time!

I needed duct cleaning for a 2 bedroom/ one floor condo. She gave me a rate over the phone, that one system with unlimited vents was $169. First, the guy was almost 2 hours later than his window time. Next he added $95 because of the intake vent. I didn't have a good feeling about it, so I told him I didn't want to go forward with the service. Then he proceeds to tell me that it's$39 for coming out. I told him I was not paying that. And then he left. Not hiring them again.

I highly recommend this company. Mr. David Whatley gave us a very fair price for the work we had done. We had our ducts, returns, and dryer vent cleaned recently and the guys did a great job (Jonathan and Chris). Very polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable men. They took their time to answer the questions I had and to share the pictures with me once they completed the work. Val completed the cleaning of my Air ducts yesterday and did a great job. His communication skills through the site and outside the site are fantastic. He called when he was 25mins out and arrived within the timeframe that was specified. Val informed me of everything he was going to do before starting and even gave me helpful recommendations on some things he noticed. He changed my air filter out for me as well. I found his price very competitive and in the range for the quality service that was provided. I would 100% recommend that you hire The Best Air Quality & Restoration!
