It has provided me with a critical skill set to identify and correct muscle imbalances. Other Certifications include: *American Academy of Health and Fitness: Sr Fit Mature Fitness Specialist *American Academy of Health and Fitness: Cancer and the Older Adult *DotFit Certified Fitness Professional for Nutritional Supplements *CPR First Aid and Adult, Child, Infant, Certification * Krav Maga Alliance Intermediate Level I also provide organized online videos and exercise descriptions for clients to utilize on days they workout on their own. Changing the lives of others from a mental and physical standpoint is my number one goal. Introducing multiple facets of fitness by continuing my education in the health field is my mission.

I worked with Bill Corey at Crunch Fitness in Vienna, VA over the last 6 months. It was a terrific experience! Bill is thoroughly knowledgeable and very focused. He patiently worked around several issues that I have, and helped me to gain strength and flexibility as we worked around them. I made great progress and thoroughly appreciated his effective guidance. Bill is a truly good person who cares, and that is a unique quality. He wants to understand, in depth, the issues of each client. and his pleasure is seeing their improvement and progress. I highly recommend Bill, particularly to seniors who need a specialized program for physical improvement. He loves what he does and the people he works with. I wish Bill well in his new South Florida endeavors, and I know that those who are fortunate enough to work with him will be well served. Best to you all!

Prior to working with Bill, personal fitness and health was not a priority of mine. I ran on occasion and played recreational sports, but never made going to the gym and weight training part of my weekly routine. Once I made the decision to change my health and fitness habits, I was introduce to Bill, and he helped me completely transform my fitness education and lifestyle. Over the course of 4 months, working with Bill once a week I was able to lose approximately 20 pounds of fat and gain about 10 pounds of muscle (and still growing). On those days I worked with Bill, he consistently changed the workouts to keep the exercises interesting and intense – pushing me to a limit that produced result without being overexerting. Those days in the gym without Bill, I feel were equally as successful because of the education Bill provided during our workouts and through the other materials he provided. His belief and emphasis on self-discipline greatly aided me in completing my self-guided workouts. In all, it is this education that has been most valuable. Bill taught me how to persistently push myself so to see results without the risk of injury. Additionally, he taught me ways to stay motivated and keep a balanced gym routine. Now that I am no longer working with Bill, I am able to create well-rounded routines for myself targeting a variety of muscle groups and continually mix-up the routines to prevent lulls. Lastly, while nutrition wasn’t an issue of mine, Bill helped to reinforces positive eating habits, as well as enlightening me with tips and guidance for maximizing necessary nutrients as it applied to my workouts and fitness goals. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to take their fitness and training seriously. Bill is an extremely dedicated trainer who creates an equal partnership training experience. The more you energy and effort you put in to the training, the more you get from Bill due to his strong belief in team work throughout the entire process.

Bill Corey is highly talented and dedicated trainer. I have been training with him for past 4 months and I can see improvement in overall strength and fitness. He consistently adds new exercises to push limits of different muscle groups. His knowledge on compound exercises is commendable. In just 30 minute workout I can feel the results of hour long workout. He is a great motivator. He will make sure to push your limits to maximize results. Furthermore, he has been very accommodating to changing schedules and flexible enough to re-schedule session at my convenience. In short if you are looking for personal training, Bill is your guy.

I have been training with Bill for over 3 months now, the results are fantastic, almost got my six pack back!!! He is very passionate about what he does and it shows every session. He consistently adds new exercises to keep things fresh and working different muscle groups. Furthermore, he has been very accommodating given my commute and schedule. If you need a knowledgeable trainer and are serious about getting back in shape, Bill is your man.

Bill is an thoughtful personal trainer. He designs and customizes achievable fitness programs. He is patient but demanding in a postiive way. He is non-judgmental yet motivating. I worked with Bill for nearly one year and learned a lot. I highly recommend his services. Top notch.
