- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quoted price for a project includes the cost of labor and materials and scales by both the size and complexity of the job, as well as the price of stone materials selected by the client. Half of the quoted sum is requested at the start of the project, with the other half paid at project completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted by a new customer, we will set up an appointment for a free quote with our contract specialists. The specialists will assess the project area, take pictures and measurements, and assist the client through the stone selection process before producing a quote with total project cost and estimated timeline for when the project will begin and how long the project is expected to take. If the customer is amenable to the project terms, work will begin on the scheduled date and continue everyday thereafter through project completion.
