This was the 1st time I used thumb tackle ever and we needed to find someone to work on our whirlpool dryer. It was quick and easy and Al message me within minutes. I explained to him what we thought was going on and within minutes we scheduled an appointment for Saturday the 23rd. Which I was happy with because of all other quotes was about a week later.. When it came to Saturday we were suppose to be available from 12 to 3 and about 1pm we got a text stating that the technician was not available today. It irritated me because we had already been waiting for them but I give them another try and asked about of someone was available on Sunday because we needed our dryer when you have 4 people living in our home. We schedule another appointment and Al came to check out our dryer. He was here a total of about 5 minutes because we had taken everything off to try and fix it ourselves. Pretty sure we could have but didn't want to fight with it. Of course it was our dryer thermostat and he give us our price for the total of everything. Eval of the problem, parts and putting it on. He did come back on Monday because everything was closed on Sunday and fixed it quickly and left the extra parts for us and cleaned up and put the dryer back. He was very professional and we will be using them again when the time comes. Hope this helps for anyone else that is looking for someone!
