Introduction: Most appraisers write 15-20 page reports. They populate a form with recycled comments that they use in every report. I do not do this. I normally send out reports between 30-50 pages in length. I type my report from scratch as each assignment is unique. I am also a SRA designated appraiser, this means that I have specific and advanced residential appraisal background and training. Just having a license or certification means that particular appraiser is jus a run of the mill appraiser.
