Our family owned and operated a 5 star restaurant for 28 years and had been named as one of the top ten restaurants in the state of West Virginia third place under the Greenbrier. I owned & operated two European style Tea Parlor Restaurants.
I travel throughout Asia & Europe every year to participate in culinary programs. I am a certified wedding event planner and I also continually participate in event planning programs.
Working Process with new customers
I personally meet with all interested parties and it is usually in my home this is after we have discussed the visions, ideas, needs and budgets.

I have many catering events that I am truly fond of. Each is different and special. From Birthday Parties, Weddings & Museum Opening events. It depends on the details how long it takes to create the "extraordinary event".
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider?
First began by making a list of important factors, i.e., ideas, time, location, menu, how many guests and budget. The more information you will provide to the prospectives the better they will be able to offer you their vision. This permits you to make choices.
