- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty fair. Most repairs are $50 plus the cost of any parts that are needed. If it's a minor problem and you are willing to drop the computer off at my residence and pick it up when it's done, I may be able to fix it for $35. In the rare case that a repair requires extensive labor above $50, I will inform you of the expected costs before attempting to work on it. I have no diagnosis fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started fixing computers when I was 12 - nearly 20 years ago! Graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Have worked with computers for my entire working life. Earned my Microsoft Technology Associate certification in February 2014.
