- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new customers at my establishment so that they can get a feel for the warmth and professionalism of our business. When you contact us, you are speaking directly with the owner who will handle all of the details of your event and a catering manager who has been with Manhattan's since 1999. We don't hand your job down to an hourly employee who delivers your food out of the back of their car. We have two full service catering vans to professionally transport your food to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the restaurant industry since the 1980's. I have a degree in Business Administration and Management and I have trained in several corporate restaurant, giving you the corporate expertise with the family feel. I have staff members that have been working for me for over 15 years so you know that your event will be handled professionally.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers; weddings, baby showers, corporate events, birthday parties and non profit events.
