The technician was patient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to clearly explain all the details and laid out every possible option for me. Quickly found the problem, made the repair. Very friendly. I expected the cost to be less than charged for a minor repair. I would however recommend them. William was very easy to work with and did not make me feel like a dumb female.
