Unfortunately, this handyman can not read plans so it took a lot of explaining to achieve what we wanted done. Also, they left a small portion of trim unpainted and claimed that that portion is not part of the contract even though it was affected when they removed the damaged portion of the ceiling. They are also a bit expensive.
