- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge per square footage if a property is empty (generally .12 per square foot). This does not include windows, ovens, or fridge cleaning since those are more intensive. If a house is occupied, there is a different square footage rate since there is more delicacy involved.
