I am Mary Ann a classically trained chef who loves more one-on-one than being in a commercial kitchen. Being a personal chef allows this. I also love the fact I have the freedom to be creative with recipes and menus. A few fun facts about me:

* I love coffee, movies, and traveling.
* I don't have a speciality or a favorite dish to make. I love learning about new foods. I truly enjoy creating foods to match themes.

This was a 60th birthday party for my husband and she came through and was absolutely amazing the guests loved it. We even had food, allergies, vegans, and additional food restrictions, even with all the food challenges, she made the accommodations and everyone loved the food she prepared and everything was delicious. I am so impressed and so awwed by all of her food The ingredient, the taste, everything was amazing. Everyone was delighted by all of her dishes I highly recommend her to any, and everyone I will be calling her and using her services again.

I am a single mom of 3 little children with a full time job. I asked MAPA Creations to create several meals for me that could be frozen, easily thawed and warmed when needed. We agreed on several lasagnas, two pizzas and a macaroni and chicken casserole. All meals have been excellent. She even surprised me with a meal for that night of the extra sauce from making the lasagnas and some cooked spaghetti noodles. She bought all the ingredients, cooked and cleaned up in my kitchen and left supper on the stove and meals prepared for the future on the counter. It was a fantastic experience. The cost for each meal is only slightly more than fast food for 4, and much healthier for my family. Thank you Mary Ann.

My grandson has had to eliminate dyes from his diet recently, and the thing he misses the most is Swiss Cake Rolls. I contacted MAPA Creations and asked if they could make him some without the added dyes. She immediately set to work to create something for him. Mary Ann worked an entire day trying new ideas and recipes to make her creation as close to his favorite as she could. He loves them. She made him a double batch for Christmas just recently and his whole family is "helping" him eat them. Thank you MAPA creations for making a difficult time much easier.

Maryann was awesome. She took time to get to know me and all of my concerns. Maryann would asking questions and listen. I have a lot of health issues and allergies ; all that I was also concerned about. Maryann addressed all of that and made me a menu and grocery list I could follow. Thank you for helping me get my meals in order and healthy.
