My pricing includes the following: Marketing of Your Property, Tenant Vetting & Screening, Rent Collection, Maintenance Reporting, Financial Reporting, Eviction Protection, 24/7 Maintenance, Leasing, Management, Routine Inspections, Accounting, and HOA Compliance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I schedule an in person meeting to walkthrough their property. During this meeting we discuss rental goals, management needs, their vision for the property, ideal tenant scenarios, the rental market and how it impacts them, our methods, and expectations moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Active Real Estate License in Virginia #0225246365 and Georgia #426696 as well as an MBA.
