Drew was very responsive and polite initially. The issue did not occur until after he met with my husband to quote us the price for what we thought was replacing our glass sliding door. Drew was late meeting my husband at the other house, but after contact assured us he will be there which occurred around 45 minutes later. Life happens, and he showed up. He measured and told my husband a price. I later called to confirm cost, forms of payment, and so on. He quoted price...I expressed I did look at sliding doors on Lowe's website where the price was around $150 less than what he quoted for the door itself. I explained the situation with this being a home I am selling... I was looking for functional and operational. I also explained if other cost is involved which I understand...just communicate that with me. Drew became very defensive about me inquiring about cost, and ultimately what I will be paying for. Unprofessionally, he stated multiple times "I do not get this from anyone else" and "you can find someone else". NEWSFLASH...I have worked in financing, and with money now for well over a decade. People have different behaviors when it comes to how they spend their money, and that can also equate to people being in better situations economically than others. I cannot control how others operate with thier finances...but my finances is my concern. I ultimately hired a licensed and bonded contractor who completed the job for $310 less than what Drew quoted me. The licensed contractor informed us the door did not need to be replaced, and suggested a resolution to correct the problem saving us $100's of dollars. The moral of the story is please understand we are not all the same when it comes to finances, and some of us will want to know exactly what we are paying for. Also, understand ability to pay have nothing to do with being an savvy consumer. No hard feelings...just wanted to share my personal experience.
