Responded to my inquiry and met me the day of to give a quote. I needed to trim down all the trees in my backyard. On the day of the job the team showed up early and were efficient in completing the job. They also cleaned up all the cut trees and picked up all the spare branches. My mom had asked to carve out a small tree trunk so she can make an ornament and the team happily obliged.

My request was for tree removal and stump grinding to which Sylvester agreed at a fair price and came out the very day I requested on Thumbtack website. However, he cut the trees down, asked for a precent of his fee and agreed to return the next business day (Monday, June 8th) to remove the stumps. I called him on Tuesday to ask if he was coming back and he told me yes, if not that day then the next. As of today, June 11th, he is a no show. Very disappointing. I explained to him that I needed this work done to install a new fence. Requesting estimate from another vendor.
