Maxsim showed up at the times he said and made the repairs needed. It did take awhile for the part to be delivered to him but upon receipt he promptly came and installed it quickly. Would call him again for any appliance repairs needed.

They were quick to respond. Came out once to assess the issues and were able to resolve one of the issues the same day. The other issue required ordering a part, but they kept me updated on status throughout and quickly came to install the new part once it came in.

I wish I could choose all five options for the "highlights" section that allows me to describe the level of service I've received through this company. I have multiple rental properties in Hampton Roads, and I have had this company service at least five or six of them so far! They will be my go-to company for all of my appliance repairs, and who I refer to my agents when their clients are in need. Prompt, punctual, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST. There have been work orders to where he could have possibly raked up a ton of money for repairs and I would not know better as I'm not the expert, but instead would tell me it's better to replace the appliance as it would be more cost effective. That's the best kind of company you could contract for services. To know you hire someone who will be honest, who orders parts and repairs very quickly, and communicates with you every step of the way to ensure you understand what needs to be repaired, why the appliance malfunctioned, orders the correct parts and repairs as soon as he receives the part. My tenants all felt comfortable, and noted the technician who came out was very friendly and accommodating. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!
