- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LABOR ( Norfolk, Virginia Beach, parts of Chesapeake near Virginia Beach line ) $45.00 per hour for repairs ( southern parts of Chesapeake and northeast Suffolk text or call for rates. ) SERVICE VISIT CHARGE $65.00 To diagnose appliance, hvac, plumbing and electrical repairs. This is to cover time spent in diagnosis of the problem and travel to your location. Customer provides parts or pays in advance for parts unless otherwise agreed to. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED Cash, check, most major credit / debit cards
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate through text (prefered) or phone to be able to give a more accurate quote, so I encourage prospective clients to contact me after the initial quote on Thumbtack to provide details about their needed repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years in maintaining home systems and related work, including a Virginia HVAC Universal license.
