Troy was quick to respond to my inquiry and I was fortunate he was able to come out the next morning which was on a Sunday. He then was able to do a 2nd rug immediately after the 1st one, and I sure am glad he was able to do it, as it was much dirtier than I had imagined it would have been. He was pleasant, professional, very efficient and very reasonable. I couldn’t have been happier.

He did an amazing job cleaning the carpet on my stairs! I had four carpeted stairs that were looking pretty worn and stained, but now they look fresh and like new. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fair and to the competition. However, I do offer several discounts over the year. I also give a 10 percent discount to all Military, First Responders, Teachers and other medical professionals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well of course, a proper introduction and understanding their needs for services. I want to make the customer feel comfortable, know the correct price and have a understanding of what will be done in the services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained and by tenured professionals, attended a professional workshop and complete online trainings. Carpet Cleaning is not rocket science, but learning the proper techniques, correct machines and of course the cleaning solutions, makes those trainings important.
