- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make this process as easy and stress free as possible. We listen to what the customer wants and give a simple plan of action. We understand that the customer is either going through tedious moving in or move out stress, or they are afraid of the carpet cleaner's high pressure sales tactics. Floorescent Shine will never pressure you nor will we try to make your move out harder than what it already is. We strive to put the customer first each and every time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1.) Look at the reviews: Most likely you don't know the professional so the best way to know if they are competent at his craft is to hear from others who used the service. Floorescent Shine is blessed to have over 60 five star reviews in a row. 2.) How long have they been in business?: This separates the "fly by night" businesses from the experienced professional who took great time and energy learning his skill and have the knowledge to handle just about any situation that may come up with your project. Floorescent Shine has over 10 years experience. 3.) Does the professional stand by their work? With any project unforeseen problems can come up. If that happens, how would that professional handle it? Will they do everything possible to fix it, or would they just walk away and say that's not my problem. Floorescent Shine backs every floor cleaning with a 1 year warranty! 4.) Cheaper doesn't always mean better: We all have a budget that we need to stick to but just because a professional comes with a dirt cheap price, you may have to spend way more money fixing that pro's screw up! Trust me, my company had to go in homes and rectify what the last carpet cleaning company messed up. When a carpet cleaner's price is too cheap he's going to either bait and switch you which is unethical, up sale you because that price is very basic, or he's doing "high volume" cleaning which means he has to serve as many customers as possible that day, which means he does not have the time to give your floors and upholstery the time needed to produce high quality work.
