I really appreciated S & L’s attention to detail in trying to resolve my pet stains in my living and dining rooms. My dining room still smelled after all my attempts to remove urine mistakes caused by my cat as a result of a urinary tract infection. After S & L’s urine enzymes and light scent and cleaning, I am relieved to say that there is no smell in there today. I also had him clean my dining room chairs upholstery (white) which was stained. He tried his best, but bottom line is I should have had the seats cleaned sooner. The living room rug was stained with dog stains and all but one is now gone. He worked diligently to try to remove it, Cleaning that spot several times. He is really a nice guy which is a huge plus who aims to please!!! Interestingly both of my rugs are orientals and in the past, I had sent them out. I’m happy to know that I no longer have to do that!
