- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me I ask a series of questions to determine the extent of the service needed. I provide services for both repairs including: pet damage, carpet stretching, If it is a repair service I request photos to be sent via text with a size reference with something on hand, for example a dollar bill, to fully evaluate the repair needed. I provide a free over the phone quote for the service that includes a range of price, for example $180-$250, so that the customer is prepared if the service requires more or less of the process when the physical inspection is provided. I also inform the customer that I provide a 100% labor guarantee for the lifetime of the carpet which can be transferred to new homeowners. I am confident and stand by my process and am more than willing to make sure the customer is satisfied. Due to the professionalism of the service provided repairs require at the minimum a $180 charge for service. If it is a cleaning service I request the customer to provide a square footage of the area to be serviced. I inform them that I provide a 5 step process: pre-inspection, pre-spray of traffic and soiled areas, pre-scrub, hot water extraction, and post inspection with the customer to guarantee their satisfaction. Due to the professionalism of the cleaning services I require at the minimum a $100 service charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A life time of hands on training. I research new chemistry and tools at all times. I am apart of industry forums that have 1000’s of experts that are always there waiting to answer any questions I may have. Every year I go to hands on training classes were I learned about new tools and chemistry. But the best thing about these courses is that there at a Ronald McDonald house were all work is done for free. I truly look forward to these events we’re I get to learn and give back.
