- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally calculate materials and expenses, then as hourly rate. Most of the time I charge $50 per hour, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to meet with them and make sure they know who they are dealing with. I like to get a feel for them and what they expect from a contractor sand the project at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive construction knowledge. I stayed as a house framer, then moved to custom carpentry. I then went to school for drafting and design. Afterwards I weren't into land surveying sand construction layout. Eventually leading to architectural drafting and civil engineering design/ construction management.
