- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified 3 M fire stop contractor. For repairs to seal penetrations thru fire walls in attics. Certified lead paint renovator contractor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a high school painter during the summer. From there I went to college and accepted a job in the public works dept as a decorator for the govt. After my temporary assignment expired It was renewed for 6 more months and I received 3 O's for outstanding. From there I went into business for myself and grew in knowledge and expertise. Curently have a class A licnse which only a small amount of contractors have on this site and in general. I left the Govt. and ventured out on my own as a painting contractor. From there I started adding more trades and eventually obtained a Class A liscense in the 80's. This enables me to build any size building in the state of Va.I have graduated from insurance school ,real estate school, and am a certified lead renovater. I am also a HUD inspector for roofs which houses have gone into foreclosure.I know what the modern design styles are and the best way to accomplish them with a minimum cost. We also ate a certified fire stop contractor. My wealth of knowledge is an asset to any project that you may require. One customer in Virginia Beach was asked to describe us in 3 words efficient, knowledgable and reasonable.

Interior renovations and consultations to show the home owner the best and most economical way to do things. Decorators, large general contractor s, state, city, govt. Companys.
