I hate to have to do this but this is the most unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever dealt with. On 4 different occasions this company said they were gonna come cut my grass and did not show up. Yesterday, when I reached out to say I guess I need to find someone else because I’m about to get fined by the city because my grass is so high, this company said they would come right now and get it done. Two hours later they texted and said they wasn’t gonna make it again but they would be there by 8:30am the next day and cut it for free because of the inconvenience. Well guess what they still didn’t show up or call or text. I’m a business owner myself and I would never treat a client this way or I would be out of business. This is ridiculous.

I completely understand your frustration I your grass but if you would not like me to was actually heading to your house to cut for free . And I know you are a business owner that is perfectly fine I even offered to do it year in business and I'm a one man show I am but you have to understand this is my first doing my absolute best and for the inconvenience I have learned a great deal from this and I hope you can forgive truly apologize me for my miscommunication and lack of response on updating you. lf you would be so kind and give me a chance to make it up I would greatly appreciate it.
