Ivan was polite, punctual, and responsive, and he did successfully replace the circulation pump on my dishwasher. However, after the repair, the dishwasher stopped heating and drying properly. We attempted additional troubleshooting, but there was confusion around diagnosing the heating issue, and the problem remained unresolved. I ultimately decided to have a licensed appliance technician take over. I appreciate Ivan’s willingness to return and try to help, but this repair ended up being outside his scope.
