I stated on Thumbtack that I needed just one 10' piece of exterior trim to replace one damaged. I got only one response, from JRT Strategies ... noone else could be bothered. James helped me, putting me in direct touch with someone who could fabricate the needed item. He followed up a few days later to see if I had gotten what I needed. He didn't have to do this - no big business in it for him - but he did anyway. It's not often that you find good folks willing to help out knowing there's no big payout in it for them, but James is one of them good folks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When choosing JRT Strategies first thing would be you will receive a free estimate of damages or task to be perform, which I, James will come out upon request to get the details. Within 24 hours you will receive a electronic detailed estimate including, pictures, pricing, and recommendations about the task. At that point you will have a option to sign the estimate. I find this very convenient for conducting business on a national scale. As I have encountered customers with property in my local area, but lives a broad, in fact I had a client through Thumbtack all the way in Taiwan, but owned property in the Va Beach area.
