- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are standard to several different pieces of information that will be discussed at time of request for Inspections. Examples are Square footage of home is home on a Crawl/Slab/Basement. Location/Address, are there any detached structures and several other questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During phone call we identify what service(s) you actually need. From these services we set a date and time and ensure you receive a email detailing what we are doing for you and time and price. We are available for questions before during and after this process is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All required Training and credentials' and Business licenses are available upon request. We have contractors license for repairs, also Certifications through Department of professional occupational regulations(DPOR), Virginia Pest Management Association(VPMA), American Society of Home Inspectors(ASHI), International Association of Certified Home Inspectors(INACHI), and several other training courses that help our folks stay sharp with changing industry standards. All certifications available upon request.
