I cannot say enough good things about this Company. They are extremely professional and prompt with everything they do! The job I was asking for was a large scale job and the guys were able to complete it earlier than expected. They were prompt every night to start the job and worked late in the night to get the job finished.
When asked for advice they provided it. There was no questioning the quality of work that was being done and everything including cost was true to what was discussed. There is no funny business with this company, they are true to their word and will work to get you exactly what you want! Will be definitely hiring them again for another project. Highly recommend, fantastic customer service and communication!

I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his amazing crew! They are extremely professional and prompt with everything they do! They demolished and replaced a 600+ sq ft pool deck and 5 sets of exterior stairs around my house in just over a week! They showed up everyday by 8 am, and worked late most days to make up for lost days due to weather.
I was kept informed on the daily progress and consistently asked if I had any questions or concerns. I am absolutely in love with my new pool deck and I think it looks amazing! I will definitely hire them again and recommend anyone looking for quality, honest, and professional work done, to contact Coastal Residential Solutions!

We bumped into Chad doing one of our neighbors fences and we liked the look, so I stopped by and talked to him. He came down and measured our property and sent us a quote. From day one, any questions I had he would answer, any concerns I had he would address. He explained the process of when and how it would take place. He actually showed up ahead of schedule and got our fence and patio done ahead of schedule. In our neighborhood you can definitely tell which fences Chad did and which ones were done by some one worse. Hands down exceptional work. Even during the process he would bounce ideas off of us to figure out how to make it look even better. Then he screened in our patio. He was half the price of our home builders quote to screen in our patio, and by looking at other peoples, he was double the outcome. We have actually referred him to others simply because they would ask who did our fence and patio. Excellent work and one of the few contractors that I actually trust. We will always use him going forward for any future projects. Could not recommend enough.

They came into a tricky situation and made it beautiful! My floors were damaged throughout my whole house from my water heater dying and within a week they had completely replaced Evey square inch of flooring and trim and it is exactly what I wanted. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. The team cleaned as they went and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I will definitely use them again!!!
