I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his amazing crew! They are extremely professional and prompt with everything they do! They demolished and replaced a 600+ sq ft pool deck and 5 sets of exterior stairs around my house in just over a week! They showed up everyday by 8 am, and worked late most days to make up for lost days due to weather.
I was kept informed on the daily progress and consistently asked if I had any questions or concerns. I am absolutely in love with my new pool deck and I think it looks amazing! I will definitely hire them again and recommend anyone looking for quality, honest, and professional work done, to contact Coastal Residential Solutions!

Coastal Residential Solutions reworked my outdated bathroom - getting rid of a tub, expanding into an adjacent closet and installing a shower, new commode, a beautiful solid wood floating counter top and bowl sink, new lighting, ornate tile floor and more. They were very flexible with working around my busy schedule and offering great craftsmanship. They were able to take my vision and make it happen. I love my bathroom!

Chad is the ultimate professional! I've had him install Lifeproof floors in a bedroom which turned out great & then he installed the same type of floors in my kitchen, dining area and the laundry room which had existing tile and the new floor was installed over it. Trim work was all replaced and looks fabulous. He's very detailed oriented, shows up on time and does the job right the first time! Highly recommend him.

They came into a tricky situation and made it beautiful! My floors were damaged throughout my whole house from my water heater dying and within a week they had completely replaced Evey square inch of flooring and trim and it is exactly what I wanted. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. The team cleaned as they went and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I will definitely use them again!!!

We are thrilled with the pavilion, exceeded expectations. Chad was an excellent listener and strived to meet our vision. His attention to detail is exacting and he builds to perfection. The entire crew was like working with a great group of friends!
