Mark did a whole bunch of small jobs for us in a house we were getting ready to move in. Everything from a concrete repair to GFCI installation to cabinet repair. It was great to have one person who could do it all. He was professional, friendly, flexible, and well priced. I will call him again in the future and I recommend his services.Jun 12, 2017Verified

Mark Shannon and Penny could not have been better! They are both very knowledgeable and trustworthy people who can be trusted in your home without any worries. Mark and Penny completely renovated our upstairs bathroom to perfection and used their experience to work around snags and problematic areas of concerns. They are both innovative and creative thinkers that allow you to let them work as they provide the professional guidance, suggestions, and craftsmanship to leave you and your home VERY HAPPY!!! We would recommend Mark Shannon above all else for any job that you may have around your home from big renovations to the smallest of jobs! Mark is responsive and lets you know the truth of the job up front as well as keeping you up to date with everything though the entire process! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I normally calculate materials and expenses, then as hourly rate. Most of the time I charge $50 per hour, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to meet with them and make sure they know who they are dealing with. I like to get a feel for them and what they expect from a contractor sand the project at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have extensive construction knowledge. I stayed as a house framer, then moved to custom carpentry. I then went to school for drafting and design. Afterwards I weren't into land surveying sand construction layout. Eventually leading to architectural drafting and civil engineering design/ construction management.
