Rolling Rod did a phenomenal job painting interior rooms in my house. He went above and beyond to find the paint after one paint vendor's paint matching machines were inop. Additionally, he was able to complete a last minute job request to paint my wood fence. He executed this job quickly and to perfection. Rolling Rods' business savvy and ethics are very subpar. When asked, I told him I didn't have a photo of my lawn area, but instead sent him my address which would be just as good. We'd also agreed on a price of $65. After 3 or 4 days of waiting for my lawn to be cut, he calls to tell me my yard was larger than he expected and that he couldn't cut it for the price we'd agreed on. I told him that he knew the size of my yard when I sent him my address and that he'd agreed to the $65 price when I told him that I was quoted earlier a price of $60-$65 from a neighbor's friend to cut my lawn. After I told him that, he either hung up on me or the battery on his phone all of a sudden died; we lost phone connection and he didn't attempt to call me back even after I texted him. About 3 days later I ended up finding another mowing service to cut my lawn for $55.

Hey Kelvin, sorry for the unfortunate situation with our company. Our satisfaction is your guarantee. I believe the inconvenience came in when you didn’t have a photo of the property or couldn’t take one at the time. I’ve waited for multiple days to receive a photo or come to the property to give you estimate. I did receive your text for the address to go look at the property for A Quote? 65 is a base price for smaller yards. At arrival, your was much larger than described because of no photos .you also stated that you wasn’t gonna be there to pay and I will have to meet you at your job to receive a payment because you did not have any digital way of paying after completion .At that point it was an inconvenience for my company and I decided to move on. Sorry we didn’t get to work with you.
