We are insured, licensed, and have workman's comp. Insurance. We bet the other moving companies can't provide proof of license, insurance and worker's comp. insurance (It's a federal and a state law that all companies with 3 or more employees must have a worker's comp. insurance policy to protect the consumer/customer and employee, in case of accident, injury or death. Legal/legitimate federal and state tax-paying companies must have it.). Even though they claim and advertise they have these required coverages, we will provide you with proof. Ask the others to do the same, then book your families' moving job with us. If a company hires and employs their own workers and deducts from pay their city, state and federal taxes, they must have a worker's comp. insurance policy because the state and federal government will send them a letter to provide proof of worker's comp. insurance, or they will be shut down. This is the best way for a consumer/customer to actually find out if a company hires their own employees (not picked up off the street, illegal alien, or from a temp agency). Also, most companies only accepting "cash payments" probably are paying workers under the table, plus, to have a worker's comp. insurance policy, you must have state and federal tax ID numbers and a business bank account.
