- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is based on Nation Average pricing index. I invest in all the best and latest tools available to help me accomplish my work efficiently and effectively. My prices are honest fair prices to give me a personal salary, pay my taxes, and make a profit to help my business grow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to take advantage of technology and have a few snapshots of the work you need done. That way I can discuss with you over the phone a few things about the snapshots and THEN I can come out and give a fair and honest estimate. Pictures can help myself out and the client. PLEASE HAVE A FEW SNAPSHOTS.. even if it's just to hang up a book shelf.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully Licensed Home Improvement Contractor in the state of Virginia... also I have passed the Virginia contractor training course and have received my certificate of completion for that as well.. copies available at request from any client.
