I’ve worked with DDT Enterprise as a contractor for about a year now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The team is professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Jobs are clearly scoped, scheduling is straightforward, and they respect both contractors and property owners while meeting the needs/requests of tenants.

Working with DDT has been wonderful. My husband and I moved from Oregon to Virginia in January of this year so we rented without actually walking through the home. This was very nerve-racking for me but I was put at ease with how helpful and kind they were. We were able to do a virtual tour via videocall and they answered all of our questions and had no problems going back and forth if we wanted to see something again. Now that we are moved in if we have any issues that come up we know that we can reach out and will have a response almost immediately. They are very open and honest and truly want to make sure that your rental is comfortable and everything works properly, if they say something they always follow through.

I cant rate these guys highly enough. They have been managing my property for a few years now and have done an outstanding job. They constantly find good tenants, stay in communication on issues and make recommendations on repairs/updates. Because of them, I dont even have to think about my rental unit. They truly make the income passive!

Wow, I cant say enough good things about DDT Enterprise!
