The company responded with very short notice, with James coming out to see the house on Tuesday after the Fourth of July weekend He told me that I already had a vented roof cap and did not need that installation. Additionally, he suggested some efficiency items dealing with the combination of Gables and a roof vent. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism.
