Messaged Zak on Friday late in the evening to mount a couple of TVs. He responded very quickly. Asked for details about the type of mounts and tried to get as much information as possible to be prepared for the job. Appointment was set for Sunday at 2. When Sunday arrived, he informed me when he was on his way and his ETA. He arrived and promptly got to work. He mounted 2 TVs (65in and 50in) and explained what he was doing to educate me on his technique. He also ended up reinforcing a wall mount i already had mounted to ensure it would hold the extra weight of the tv replacing the one that was previously mounted. Even though we had not discussed mounting a floating shelf, he was able to mount one for me to hold our DVD player in our room. Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with his work and level of professionalism. I even hired him to come install TV mounts at my parents home the following week. If you want a fair price with quality work, I definitely recommend Zak.
