- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have free inspections and estimates. We use industry standard Xactimate quoting - which is the only type that is approved by insurance companies. This allows us to get you fair pricing that will have not issue getting accepted by insurance; should you be using insurance to cover the damage costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather all the necessary information and document the current state of the property through photos, 3-D video mapping of the space, and detailed reports. STEP 2: Efficient Remediation> With the plan in place, we swiftly initiate the remediation process using industry-leading techniques and equipment. Our highly skilled technicians execute the necessary tasks to mitigate the damage, whether it's water extraction, mold removal, fire and smoke restoration, or storm damage repair. We work diligently to minimize disruption to the property and ensure a safe and efficient remediation process at the bet price. STEP 3: Clear Communication> Throughout the project, we maintain open and transparent communication with our clients. We provide regular updates on the progress of the remediation, including any unexpected findings or changes in the scope of work. Our team is readily available to address any questions or concerns, ensuring that clients feel informed and confident in the process. STEP 4: Quality Assurance and Completion> Once the remediation is complete, we conduct a rigorous quality assurance check to ensure that all work has been carried out to the highest standards. We perform thorough inspections to verify that the property has been restored to its pre-damage condition.
