FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't that complicated. I first look at an example of what you want me to edit and see how much of my time and efforts I will put in. It's mostly based on book length. I ask for half up front and half at the end when it's a novel. If it's anything different, my prices vary.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a writer who loves helping others in this painful profession, haha.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly edit novels, which are big tasks to take on. My first novel that I edited was Volume 1: Becoming Faust by JR Sutton. It was over 500 pages long. That was a huge project, but the story was such brilliance that it didn't seem like work to me.
