Introduction: I am fresh and eager to teach yoga to all walks of life, but focuses on athletic types to help build strength, flexibility, balance and muscle recovery. I use personal experience and dedication from an active lifestyle of surfing and snowboarding as the measure for athletic yoga sequencing. This lesson also focuses on teaching high-stress individuals in the greater NYC as well as the use of yoga as a holistic healing method for depression and anxiety.
I am certified to teach yoga to at-risk youth and adults as a counter action to violence. I am currently building a surf yoga program/niche for yoga and meditation retreats worldwide. I also teach energetic classes infused with humor and fun.
My motto of teaching and of life is "It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be."
