- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different projects require different pricing systems. Some are time based while others are job based.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer process is pretty much getting to know who the client is, what are their needs, values and interests. I most rewarding thing to do is to listen and execute the project, have your client just amazed about the amount of detail and getting the job done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At all times! We have to everyday! We were just learning about Prop foods! Fuxe foods for photography and video. We never would have thought it was so complex.
