Our move started with a major, unexpected setback due to a last-minute crew issue, which left us in a tough spot in the middle of a rainy day. However, the true test of a company is how they handle adversity, and KJB Logistics completely stepped up. I want to give a personal shoutout to “Joel Robinson”, the pro that I worked with. Despite being down a man initially, Joel remained incredibly positive, professional, and entirely committed to getting the job done safely for us. He worked tirelessly alongside me to get the truck loaded in the rain without a single complaint. When we arrived at the drop off location, Marcus (the owner) made sure a second worker was there to meet us and finish the job efficiently. After the move, Marcus called me and was very sincere, took full accountability for the rough start, and went above and beyond to make things right. Honestly, if you want a moving company run by an owner with real integrity, and a crew with guys like Joel who won't quit when things get tough, hire these guys.
