- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with speaking with the customer to understand what they need and what their vision is for the project. After that, I schedule a time to come by and take a look at the property so I can give a free estimate. Once we agree on the details and price, we schedule the job and begin the work. During the project, I make sure to communicate with the customer and keep everything clean and organized so the final result looks great and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work in the landscaping field. Over the years I’ve learned through real projects such as mulching, planting, trimming bushes, yard cleanups, and creating new landscape designs. I’ve also worked alongside experienced professionals, which helped me improve my skills and learn the best techniques to make sure every job is done the right way. Each project has helped me gain more knowledge and continue growing in this line of work
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
One project I’m really proud of was a full landscaping makeover we completed recently. The project included installing fresh mulch, creating a brand new landscape design, planting new plants and flowers, and trimming and shaping the existing bushes to make everything look clean and balanced. The whole project took about 2–3 days to complete, and the transformation made a huge difference in the look of the property. The customer was very happy with the final result.
