Mike got back to me within about 30 minutes of posting the job. He was very responsive while scheduling, showed up on time, and explained what he saw was causing the problem and how he would fix it. There was never any pressure or upselling. I would definitely recommend Mike and Appliance Mobile Repair.

Mr. Mike was prompt, professional and a true troubleshooter. He quickly figured out the problem with the dishwasher and fixed the issue. He ran the dishwasher and it is working just fine now. His rates are very reasonable and he was careful to clean up behind himself. Should there be a need for an appliance repair, I will definitely contact Appliance Mobile Repair again. Mike responded to my weekend request right away and was able to come out first thing Monday. He got right to work and was able to identify the problem with my washer in no time. I was grateful as I was afraid I would need a new one. He was able to pick up the part I needed and get it installed on the same day. We were thoroughly pleased and will definitely hire him again for any future appliance needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guess it’s a good ideal to know what people are charging in the industry and maybe try to pick one in the middle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go and diagnose the unit in the customer home figure out whether it needs parts. I charge half the cost of the repair in order the parts come back and install parts collect the other half. Ensure equipment is better than you found it.
