Hired on Thumbtack

Warning: Do not hire these people! I repeat, do not hire. First off, they didn't show up at the expected time. Then had issues with equipment and finishing the job. Claimed was going to return and complete but never did. Paid them, and after multiple efforts to contact them, no response on Thumbtack or text. Caused me extra money since I had to hire another company to do what they were supposed to. It's no wonder they didn't have any reviews. And to let this be there first one, that shows the level of unprofessionalism. I've used Thumbtack for years, and this by far is my only bad experience.

Hello sir, I’m sorry you felt as though the work wasn’t done correctly. I’m not sure who the lady was that came after you who actually paid me. She came out and checked my work before paying me and told me everything looked good. So I’m not sure what wasn’t completed. Why didn’t you message me the day the work was done this was 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received any messages from you as well. I don’t have any reviews because I’m not sure when it says I joined this app but I just joined this app that is the reason for no reviews. I have been doing pressure washing for 10+ years and I haven’t had any complaints before. I am sorry you felt that way and if you were to message me directly maybe this could be resolved. Thank you for your feedback!
