I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced with Boomerang LLC. I had a confirmed service appointment today at 4:00 PM, personally scheduled and reassured by the owner, Cary. He even sent me a reminder earlier in the day confirming the time and promising, “We’ll take care of you.” However, when 4 PM came, no one showed up. I waited a few minutes and decided to call, assuming there might be a delay due to traffic. When Kari answered, he sounded confused and completely unaware of the appointment. He even mentioned he thought the range had already been removed, which was not true. He then told me he’d be there within 20 minutes — but he never showed up and never followed up after that. This entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. I value clear communication and reliability, especially when a company confirms and commits to an appointment. Unfortunately, Boomerang LLC failed to deliver either. I truly hope they take accountability and improve how they manage their scheduling and communication moving forward.
