I have been working with Linda Ferguson who is a career and life coach, and my experience with her has been excellent. Linda has a very diverse background and areas of expertise that include business, psychology, and spirituality, and I found that I was able to benefit from her advice and guidance on many different levels. She has a very practical approach that helped me choose a direction for my career and define specific goals and the steps to achieve them. 1. Tell them your interest or previous experience with Coaching. 2. Tell them what you hope to accomplish working with them. 3. Ask questions to know what approaches they use and how they generally work with clients. My Coaching work: I'll offer worksheets and activities you can do in between sessions to keep you focused and support your efforts to reach your goals and manifestations. In addition for Reiki or Coaching as requested: I offer affirmations, meditations, visualizations, Shamanic journeys, and other tools to support your journey forward.
