I was on a remote call when my daughter came home and said she saw a huge snake crawl into the cubicle in the garagewhere I put my garden boots! Not knowing what it was or how to properly capture and remove him, I was thrilled Rich was available to solve our little house guest problem. Rich came out and quickly got this guy to a better habitat (ended up being a rat snake). Rich is friendly and knowledgeable, with the gear and expertise to solve these things quickly. Totally worth it rather than chase this snake around the garage where it can bite, or crawl under the fridge etc. You just cant explain how valuable of a service this is until you need it. If you are ever in need of wildlife removal, i highly recommend Emergency Wildlife Removal! They were at my house in 30 minutes and humanely removed a rather large watersnake! Despite it being around 9pm, they even walked the perimeter of my home and removed a few rat snakes they found! Very professional, took time to answer all my questions and super quick responde time. Ill definitely be saving their number!

Rich was amazing! He was at the house in 30 minutes helping me deal with the "squirrel" in the wall (that ended up being a bird). The animal went quiet when he was there. The next day I heard it again and he was willing to come right back out and help. I loved his approach to help minimize damage to the walls. If I've ever got wildlife removal needs in the future, I 100% know who I am calling!

Rich is amazing. He comes at all ours of the day and pretty much takes care of anything and everything (safely)that we are even scared to look at, much less touch it or remove it ourselves. I highly recommend him!!!!!
