Carlos was extremely knowledgeable in his work. Whenever anyone buys appliances these day, the delivery team only drops off and leaves without setting up. That is where Thumb Tack comes in. I needed Carlos to do a LP conversion on my new stove and install a new stove hood. Once upon a time, whoever delivered, did the complete set up. Carlos was great! He installed a split unit in my work shed. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He helped us pick the right unit and gave us honest feedback (I.e. the unit will work but it might go bad in 6 months if we don’t also adjust something with our electrical work). He had an electrician out the next day and it was an easy, affordable fix. He did show up later than expected but that happens in this line of work. We would definitely use Carlos again!
