Upfront Pricing - No surprises, no pressure, no unnecessary upselling. Just accurate diagnostics and real solutions. Note: All calls have an initial diagnosis call fee - fee is based on the unit brand. Typically, $95.00 or $149 for high-end luxury.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: 1. I respond quickly and gather details about your issue. We schedule a time. 2. I arrive on time, diagnose the problem, and provide upfront pricing. 3. Once approved, I complete the repair efficiently and professionally. 4. I test everything, explain the work, and leave your home clean. 5. I’m always available afterward for questions or support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 30 years of professional HVAC and appliance repair experience, supported by extensive hands-on training, manufacturer education, and real-world mastery. I even work with many of the home warranty companies. Over the years, I have completed: 1. Formal HVAC technical training in diagnostics, refrigeration systems, heating, cooling, and air distribution 2. Manufacturer-specific training for major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, and more 3. EPA Section 608 Certification, ensuring safe and proper handling of refrigerants 4. Ongoing continuing education to stay current with new technologies, energy-efficient systems, and modern appliance designs 5. Decades of field experience working on thousands of residential HVAC units and major household appliances
