When speaking with new clients, the most efficient way to determine the correct type of appraisal, pricing, and turnaround time is a brief conversation where we clarify the basic property details and the intended use of the report. During our call, we attempted to review those details, but they were not provided and the request to go over them by phone was declined. Without that information, it is not possible for any appraisal firm to determine the correct scope of work.
